Our approach
MYTIVIFLIX takes intellectual property rights seriously. Valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and under similar laws elsewhere, are dealt with promptly, and material properly identified as infringing is removed or has access to it disabled.
Where to send notices
Send notices to our copyright contact on WhatsApp (+212 610 046 062), or through the contact page with the topic set to Other and "DMCA notice" at the start of the message.
Contents of a valid notice
Details of the copyrighted work that you say is being infringed.
Details of the material you object to and its location, precise enough for us to find it.
Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
A statement of your good-faith belief that the owner, the owner's agent or the law has not authorised the use complained of.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the right concerned or are authorised to act for its owner.
A physical or electronic signature of the owner or of the person authorised to act for them.
What happens next
Valid notices are acknowledged within 2 business days and acted on within 5 business days. If a notice is incomplete, we send it back and say which details are missing.
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice through the same route. Include the same identifying information, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake.
