If MYTIVIFLIX will not play on your device and our support team cannot put it right, ask within 7 days of activation and the whole payment is returned. This applies to every plan length and every screen count.
What the guarantee covers
Channels that will not play on a supported device after you have followed the setup guide and worked through it with support.
Buffering that keeps happening and that support cannot cure by changing the server, the player or the decoder settings.
Channels that were shown on the channel list page when you bought the plan but are not in your account.
What it does not cover
Deciding you no longer want the service after it has been working, or asking after the 7-day window has closed.
Faults that come from your own internet connection, blocking by your internet provider, a VPN configuration or a device we do not support. We will still help where we can, and the free trial exists so these can be checked before you pay.
Accounts closed for breaking the terms of service.
How to ask
Contact us on WhatsApp (+212 610 046 062) or through the contact page with your username and a sentence or two about the problem. Give support the chance to fix it first, since most problems are sorted in a single conversation.
If it cannot be fixed, the refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 5 business days.
What we will not ask for
A refund needs your username and nothing more sensitive. We will not ask for card numbers, online banking passwords or copies of ID, and you should not send them.
Renewals
The guarantee covers your first purchase. Renewing an account that is already working is not refundable, because by then you know how the service performs on your equipment.
