The trial is an ordinary account with a short expiry, not a preview with half the menu greyed out. The Ultra HD feeds, the TV guide, the full on-demand section and every channel stay switched on for 24 hours. A person sends each one out on WhatsApp rather than an automated system, so it can take a few minutes longer at night, but it also means someone can walk you through the player if it gives you trouble.
Getting the trial
- Fill in the form on this page, or send us a WhatsApp message saying which device you use.
- Someone from support sends back your server URL, username and password, generally within 15 minutes.
- Follow the setup guide for your device to install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiViMate, then sign in.
- Watch for 24 hours. If it suits you, choose a plan and carry on with the same login.
What the trial asks of you
Less than most newsletters. The form takes an email address and the name of your device, and a WhatsApp number only if you want to give one. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with those details typed in, and nothing goes to us until you send it. If you would rather not use the form at all, message us directly. No card, no billing address, no account to cancel afterwards. The privacy policy says how long a request is kept.
Using the hours well
Watch at the times you normally would, ideally a busy evening with sport on, because a quiet morning flatters every service. Use the device and the room you actually watch in. If you usually stream through a VPN, test with it on as well as off, and keep the server close to home. Try a 4K channel if your connection allows, then drop to the HD copy and see what changes.
Why a free playlist is a poor test
Plenty of people reach us after trying one of the M3U lists passed around online. Those are streams copied from paying services and republished for anyone, so thousands of viewers land on the same source until it gives way, often within days. Nobody answers when it breaks, you cannot tell who runs the server you are connecting to, and the pages offering those lists are a common way to collect malware. A day on a service with people behind it tells you far more.
One trial per household, since the point is to check your own equipment rather than to hand out free television. If yours went wrong for reasons outside your control, tell us and we will usually add time.
Free trial questions
Is there a way to watch IPTV for free?
For 24 hours, through the trial. The permanently free lists are another matter: they are scraped, unreliable, usually gone within a week, and the sites that host them are a familiar source of malware. A day on a service with people maintaining it tells you what you need to know.
What is included in the free trial?
Everything a paying customer gets. Every one of the 25,000+ channels is open, along with the films and series on demand, the TV guide and the Ultra HD feeds. We do not trim it, because a partial demo would tell you nothing about how the service behaves.
What information does the trial ask for?
Very little. The form wants an email address and the device you watch on; a WhatsApp number is optional. Or skip the form and message us on WhatsApp instead. No card, no billing details, no postal address and nothing to cancel. It lasts 24 hours and then stops.
How quickly does the trial login arrive?
Normally within a few minutes. A person issues each trial in the WhatsApp chat rather than a script, which can be a little slower in the small hours, but it means someone is there to help you set up the player while you wait.
Is there a free IPTV player app?
Several. You pay nothing for IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV or the browser player, while Smart IPTV asks a small one-off fee for each television. A player is an empty shell until a subscription is added. Install it from your device's official app store or the developer's own site, not from a link someone posted.
Can I have a second trial?
Normally one per household, because the trial is there to show whether the service works on your equipment, not to provide free television. If something went wrong the first time, tell us what happened and we will usually extend it.
